How To Change Hero Bar - Install Mod Help

look basically they have replaced all the images with vtex_c format ... which means we will have to convert our png into targa then vtex_c .. its the same location but with different names now ... like "npc_dota_hero_wisp_png.vtex_c"

so i am trying to convert it and make it work ..

oh its actually this location "pak01_dir\panorama\images\heroes"

so i was able to make it work but the colours are really different for some reason ..

it is not working coz you have that harpoon hook script .. same happened to me as well .... thats why i removed it and replaced it with this ..

if you still want it you will have to remove this modifire -

"asset_modifier0"

"asset" "ALL"
"modifier" "harpoon"
"style" "0"
}

delete this one and then your harpoon hook will look a little broken (tilted) but it will work after that ..
and for that crow set it is called "ftp_dendi_back" at 27 but i think you will need the back piece for that otherwise the crow will sit on the ground and not the shoulder..

does anyone know how to mod river colours into the dark reef terrain ? i've seen people changing river colours which means it is possible but for some reason it does not work by default ! ? like in other terrains ??

i have completed the mod but slardar does not have head slot like wtf ! is valve stupid ? why do they always forget or dont make some slots for heroes ! its so frustratingly stupid !
