Gcfscape - how to get the new items_game.txt (i can't)

I have a problem brothers, it seems that I can no longer open the pak01_dir with the GCFSCAPE, do you have any idea how I can get the new Script Items_game.txt?

GCFScape doesn't work.
Use ValveResourceFormat, but it's not very friendly.
