O K B O Y S ... i just found out that you dont need to mod this. just go to "dota 2 beta > game > dota > resource > cursor" and thats it just replace the default cursor! . -

maybe you extracted it at wrong place
try to copy cursor to folder dota>resource>cursor
replace existing file
dont forget to delete copied cursor at your mod files
this cursor mod is not required install, just copy and replace. -

check if there is any cursor folder in your mod files
i have problem occurs about invisible cursor when copying cursor to mod files
so i delete it, then copying to dota>resource file. -
