Is it possible to replace "effects" on weather ash with default (without this flying burning particles?)

Which skin mod pack are you using . -

I am using shutnik's method - edited default weather in items_game.txt
replaced the origial weather with weather ash code.
Is it possble to "tweak" this weather effect by replacing this burning falling things from the sky? Change for default effect but savuing weather ash (shadow etc.)?

i have used these mods too but separately, i have not tried combining them like the one in the picture. hope this helps.
