Hey Shady.
How does cosmetics work in dota? What I understand is that all files for all of items are installed everyone's pc. But which items we have is stored in valve servers except default ones. So we make default items look like arcana or any other one we like by changing scripts etc.
So if valve makes default item available only online, will this not work?
Another question;
Your mod is installed. Let's say I have found another pack for a specific hero. Is it OK to add folders to your pack and regenerate pak file and replace it with old one?

mods works by changing default to something else thats all you have to know.
as long as you dont change the script you can add everything. -

just installed the mods. I checked all the heroes 1 by 1, i got some issues shady, lesch no weapon, pl broken weapon, luna some bugs. have a look on the picture:

Lesh doesn't have a weapon, i didnt mod the immortal

awesome, but the particles are too much, it phases the hero's model
and luna , as always, ERROR mount
and hero portrait are not moving their mouth when speaking. -

it's good, like nothing happens because i have it all, but the only thing that changes is the ambient effects/particles are glowing too much
and the AoE targe circle is gone, and i can't view my hero in close up because all units will become invisible.
