This set was available long ago on the 8213 Collections Plus. But, maybe our friend Illizai or any free mod sharers here can make and share this set available for everyone.
Still waiting for Rubick arcana too. That would be a really good arcana to add on a modpack.

You can have any cosmetic items you want in a "standalone" way using DOTA2 MOD Master, It freshly installs any cosmetic items without using the internet. Meaning you only need DOTA2 and you can mod the game as how you like it. Check this out:
