Hey, why do I need to install everytime (Shady Install) whenever I restart my pc. It's like, everytime I restart my pc, all my mods is gone. I need to click shady install again. Do I really need to that everytime I restarted my pc?

No just everytime there is a patch. Most likely because of the new compendium there are often updates, which will take place after u restart pc. Once its settle down ull just have to apply the mod every Tuesday i think. Thats usually when they update dota.. -
