.Ok, this one is easy. Basically, since a lots of people do here what the fuck they want i'm gonna add a new type of users. I'll them "Warned" if someone doesn't respect the other rules (this 4 here) i'm gonna add the user to this new "type" and he/she'll stay there for about a month if during this period he/she still does what the fuck he/she wants i'm gonna ban him/her. After the month he/she'll be back as a normal user.
