For those that want to have the custom portrait. I haven't seen anyone post it so I might as well, uses the same idea as item_game.txt if u dont want the other just keep the section default.

Paste this text file into directory "dota>files>scripts>npc>portrait.txt"
If you want to use the bonus pack then just use the bonus pack text file. I've told the method below because I realized that doing this is impossible since everyone will want different combination. So what ever portrait u want just edit it yourself.
Here's method nonetheless:
STEP1: FIND THE ITEM THAT GIVES YOU THE CUSTOM PORTRAIT
STEP2: FIND THE ITEM IN item_game.txt file (tip: use "ctrl+f") and under "portraits", copy "game" section settings
STEP3: Open portrait.txt file in the npc folder
STEP4: FIND THE HERO THAT YOU ARE TRYING TO CHANGE PORTRAIT & REPLACE THE SETTINGS WITH WHAT YOU HAVE COPIED
STEP5: SAVE & ENJOY

What do u mean? Ya all heroes should still be the same just an arcana portrait and invoker portrait different, the invoker one is the same as loadout. -

tb arcana has the arcana potrait in demo hero and bot matches it also has the attack animation but in online matches it doesnt have either of those . -

hm ill have a look, i didnt know TB has a different portrait with arcana
I think u might have problem with model, tb doesn't have a really special portrait camera position. -

Ok so tell me which arcanas have different portrait, cause i thought only PA had, i know that CM,SF,TB & Zeus are working fine for me dunno about others. -

Do you know how to use item_game.txt? what u do is search the item that modifies the portrait and under portrait section

u copy everything in there and then open portrait.txt file and look for in ur case "pudge" section and replace it.
