FromDota2 Wiki:Ethereal Gem, you can find all the Ethereal Gems' particle effects.
for example: i want my courier or ward with the Ethereal: Orbital Decay effect.
1.you can find all the effects
2.use the DOTA Workshop tools to recogize the effect
find the parent effect,and copy the Asset Relative Path.
3.use the scripts to load the effect (asset_modifier4)
4.then save and install, you will see the effects
P.S.
There still have the problems, because dota2 wiki says,"Unusual couriers found with Orbital Decay come with one of the following Prismatic Gems.".However, i have no idea about how to load the Prismatic Gems effects.
So, you can see that courier with the black grass and buterffly(it should be effect of Ethereal: Felicity's Blessing )

I have tested some kinetic gems, Kinetic: Northlight Illuminance,Kinetic Booties of Travel!, queen_of_the_pain's loadout animations, etc.
kotl's kinetic gem works perfectly.
if you need, I will upload them on Chinese zone 1/23/2017 evening. now I'm on train from university to my home.. -
