I wondered , is there any possible way to mod Prismatic Gem ? For what I understand it change certain particles effect color for certain heroes and couriers .
Does it possible to do it with any heroes ?

i also think its for certain hero and courier . but it would be awesome if we can do for other heroes like lc or sf
if i am not wrong there is blue shadow fined probably made by this ..
