Do you copy the script inside to items_games.txt? Not just put the file folder and create vpk, you have to open the script I gave and edit items_games.txt with my script. You know what I am talking about?. -

First donwload the tools pack https://dota2shadymod.forumcommunity.net/?t=59396640
After that, download and install GCFScape.
Open pak01_dir.vpk in folder dota 2 beta -> game -> dota
In scripts -> items -> item_game.txt
Just extract the item_game.txt to the pak01_dir folder in the tool pack folder, and put it into folder scripts -> folder items
Edit the txt then place the mod inside the pak01_dir folder, run .bat then it will create the.vpk and the rest of the guide is in the link above.
