It's hard for me to understand. Where do you place the edited items_game.txt?
And where do you put the pak01_dir?

First you go to this link https://dota2shadymod.forumcommunity.net/?t=59396640
read the post and download the tool
If you have install others mod just extract the pak01_dir from the mod by using Valve Resource Viewer to pak01_dir folder in the Tool folder
Go to the scripts folder, and then items folder.
then you can see items_game.txt
Open it using notepad++ and the rest is mention in the post.
After you done editing, you just run Create vpk-.....bat to create pak01_dir.vpk and the guide for installing the mod is show in the link I gave above.
